A charitable incorporated organisation, Wye Buildings Preservation Trust CIO, has been formed in Wye whose objects are:
to preserve for the people of Wye, and for the nation, the historical, architectural, and constructional heritage that may exist in and around Wye, Kent, in buildings, (including any structure or erection, and any part of a building as so defined) of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional interest.
The charity has an important role in ensuring the proper preservation of the outstanding significant heritage buildings that WyeCRAG and supporters tried so hard to save.'
